Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal changes to map 2026 innovation landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of mapping future tech landscapes (quantum/AI/blockchain expertise)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SWARM, Delphi methodology)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
