- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis with published foresight work
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) or equivalent
