- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing priorities
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports with data-driven trend projections
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions
- Advise board on long-term risk mitigation and disruption preparedness
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
