Responsibilities

- Translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives with measurable ROI

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical innovation frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
