Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and biocomputing
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry consortia securing $50M+ funding
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Builders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on commercialized innovations
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight
