Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board of directors
- Build and lead a 12-person innovation lab team across multiple disciplines
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products/services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strategic planning experience with 5-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Executive presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Prior experience scaling teams from 5 to 15+ members
