Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D with market trends
- Lead incubation of next-gen AI/quantum/sustainability initiatives
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for 2026 product launches
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers and engineers
- Drive patent filings for at least 3 breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching 2+ market-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering preferred
- Experience with $1M+ R&D budgets
- Prior success in securing venture capital for deep-tech ventures
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
