Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap aligning with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market needs
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotech applications
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global innovation summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching category-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Strong network within Silicon Valley venture capital ecosystem
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
