Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Identify and validate emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Architect scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of future-forward solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives and ESG principles
- Drive stakeholder engagement through compelling data storytelling and scenario planning workshops
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation leadership with proven 2020+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and commercial divisions
- Deep understanding of circular economy principles and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
