Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and climate resilience
- Produce annual 2026 Tech Impact Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product teams on future-state scenarios
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption across enterprise verticals
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis for 2020-2025 forecasts
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented strategies
