- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive forces impacting our industry
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in the 2025-2030 horizon
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops for executive stakeholders
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term transformation initiatives
