Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Produce quarterly horizon reports on emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact projections
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists on next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with AI trend tools (GPT-4, Trend Hunter, FutureToday Institute)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
