Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal implications
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market opportunities and risk mitigation
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight preferred
