Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and market trends through 2026 using quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in disruptive tech landscapes
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future-proofing strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future strategy deliverables
