Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing quantum computing, AGI, and climate convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional think tanks with engineers, ethicists, and futurists to identify paradigm shifts
- Produce white papers and scenario models for C-suite decision-making on next-gen markets
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and nurture 2026-relevant startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year horizon forecasting success
- Published thought leader in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized AI systems
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or equivalent technical discipline
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 predictions with 85%+ accuracy validation
- Experience advising Fortune 50 boards on exponential technology transitions
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, R, or simulation modeling languages
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable development frameworks
