Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into tangible R&D initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis and expert networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Professional certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS) required
