As part of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive market dominance while ensuring ethical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating futurism into product roadmaps
- Establish foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects with measurable impact
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
