Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce foresight reports with actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Design prototype ecosystems for emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, climate adaptation tech)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic frameworks for tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Palisade @RISK)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
