Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the annual '2026 Tech Horizon' strategic foresight report
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate 2026-ready solutions
- Establish strategic alliances with top-tier research institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop and execute scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical trends affecting 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neurotech, climate AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
