Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Author whitepapers on emerging tech trends and ethical implications
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ year strategic tech implementations
