Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential growth scenarios and black swan event preparedness
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Champion human-centered design principles in future technology development
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through transformational change
