Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging tech and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate 2026-use-case scenarios

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
