- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year implementation milestones
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive intelligence to inform R&D investment decisions
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturation and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing long-term innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
