Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in futures studies or related field preferred (e.g., CFIP, APF)
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or scenario planning projects
