- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term strategic vision
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior innovators in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in tech or consulting
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
