Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into all strategic planning processes
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or similar foresight methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
