Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across technology, geopolitics, and social dynamics
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market conditions
- Design strategic roadmaps for sustainable business adaptation
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational culture
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
