Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive forces and market shifts
- Develop innovation frameworks and processes to accelerate prototyping and commercialization of future technologies
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
