Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the '2026 Vision,' aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core product suite.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can withstand future demands and scale seamlessly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Outlook: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging disruptive technologies to drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
