- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic innovation investments and partnerships
- Measure and iterate on digital solutions using advanced analytics and user feedback loops
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital innovation or product leadership with future-tech focus
- Proven expertise in AI, AR/VR, or quantum computing applications
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future-planning experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough digital products launched post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architecture, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
