Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Experience with quantum computing ethical implications
- Proficiency in Python for AI ethics auditing tools
- Track record of influencing tech policy at state/federal level
