Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the company, specifically focusing on trends anticipated for 2026.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, robust AI architectures that support millions of concurrent users and complex neural networks.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers to foster a culture of innovation.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary evangelist for AI capabilities to stakeholders, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU computing (CUDA).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of working with cutting-edge technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
