- Mentor technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging AI ethical challenges
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and academic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness techniques
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (peer-reviewed)
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
