Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at venue entrances
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow staff members
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Handle basic troubleshooting for minor operational issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles
