Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential distribution at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support to attendees
- Monitor venue capacity and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with vendor load-in/load-out operations and setup/teardown
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain crowd control and safety standards
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales (when required)
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd management principles preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (beneficial)
- Ability to pass mandatory background check
- Must provide own black pants and closed-toe shoes
