Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with event setup, including signage, decorations, and equipment placement.
- Manage crowd flow and safety to ensure a secure environment for all attendees.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the event team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup duties after the event concludes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (4-6 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
