Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest registration, and crowd management protocols
- Operate audiovisual equipment and manage vendor coordination
- Enforce safety guidelines and emergency response procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Manage inventory control and supply replenishment during events
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators seamlessly
- Conduct post-event breakdown and site restoration tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge for AV systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
