Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise from trucks and delivery vans.
- Stock shelves, racks, and display cases with products in a neat and organized manner.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure older items are sold first and maintain freshness standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area throughout the shift.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer basic inquiries about inventory.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts, typically between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Physical ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer skills for time clocking and reporting.
