Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Operate scanners, price checks, and handle cash drawer reconciliation
- Maintain organized and clean checkout areas and store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
