- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with patience and accuracy.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring all balances are correct.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Perform basic math and cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
