Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and conveyors.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all outgoing orders meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and safety instructions.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (shifts available: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
