Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of merchandise efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory to ensure accurate shipment preparation.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse floor.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation is required due to evening shift schedules.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
