Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect, package, and label products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Report damaged or defective inventory to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
