Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training is available for qualified candidates.
