Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento facility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
