Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily throughput targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistics issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently, adhering to time schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to the specific role) or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit location.
