Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve logistical challenges quickly.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
