- Manage and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments to foster community growth.
- Research trending topics and hashtags relevant to the San Diego market.
- Create short-form video content and stories for our weekend campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Creative brainstorming for upcoming seasonal promotions and events.
- Assist the marketing team with basic graphic design tasks using Canva or Adobe.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program (Students Welcome).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Passion for digital storytelling and brand building.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
