Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend hours
- Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process orders accurately using POS systems while maintaining efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
