Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness standards to uphold a professional retail environment.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional activities and drive weekend sales goals.
- Handle cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation, with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security checks and system closures are completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
